This is your own personal time with me, where I will support you in reaching your goals in order to improve your overall wellness and whatever issues are concerning you. Here you will gain understanding about yourself and your relationships, learn strategies to change any distressing behaviors or negative patterns, or simply find a space to be heard, supported and challenged to be a better you. You will be received in a comfortable and peaceful space where you can feel at ease to lay down your burdens in a confidential setting.
